All Arsante bags are delivered with Express service and are shipped worldwide free of charge. We currently deliver to these countries:

EU:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

International:
Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Israel, and Dubai

Delivery times take between 2 and 7 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your country of delivery is not displayed on the list, please contact us at info@arsante.com with any special shipping inquiries.

Returns
Arsante.com offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, allowing for refunds on items for any reason, provided they meet our return criteria.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@arsante.com with your order number to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns must have a valid RMA number to qualify for a refund. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Criteria

  • The items must be in their original, new, and unused condition.
  • All accessories and original packaging should be included.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Arsante.com does not provide return shipping labels.

Shipping Costs Policy
Please be aware that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty
Arsante offers a 5 year warranty on every bag against defects in material or craftsmanship. Arsante, at its discretion, will repair or replace a defective bag at no charge. If the bag is not available, we will replace it with a similar bag from our collection. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential loss to personal property and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, or alteration of the bag.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@arsante.com
